Extended Abstract Guidelines

Language: English (US or UK, consistent throughout).
Length: Maximum 300 words (excluding title, authors, affiliations, and diagram).
Note: The abstract must be limited to a maximum of one A4-sized page, including figure or table and references.
Title: Clear and concise, maximum 20 words.
Authors: Include full names, affiliations, and email addresses.
Font: Times New Roman, 11-12 point; single spacing.
Format: Word (.doc/.docx).
Figures and tables: Maximum one table and or one figure.
References: Important references can be added.

Review and Acceptance

All submissions will be peer-reviewed by the Scientific Committee.
Selection criteria include originality, relevance, clarity, and scientific merit.
Accepted abstracts will be published in the official Book of Abstracts.

Ethical and Publishing Policy

Abstracts must represent original work not published or presented elsewhere.
Authors are responsible for content accuracy.
Plagiarism or duplicate submissions will lead to immediate rejection.

Publication Opportunity

The Organizing Committee is currently working to publish selected peer-reviewed papers from the conference in a reputed international journal. Details will be announced as soon as the publication partner is confirmed.
