Extended Abstract Submission
ICPS 2026 is accepting extended abstracts for conference presentation. Please review all requirements carefully before uploading your file.

Use this checklist while preparing your submission so the abstract meets the conference format from the start.
All submissions must be in English. The abstract body must stay within 300 words, excluding the title, author list, affiliations, and diagram.
Use a single A4 page with Times New Roman 11-12 pt font and single spacing. Submit the file in Word format (.doc or .docx).
Include a clear title, full author names, affiliations, and email addresses. Keep the title within 20 words.
You may include up to one figure or one table. Essential references may be added within the same one-page submission.
Poster Presentation
Authors selecting poster presentation should prepare their layout with the official conference poster file and keep the content clear, visual, and easy to read during the session.
Download the official poster file and use it as the base format before finalizing your design.
Place the paper title, author names, affiliations, and contact email clearly at the top of the poster.
Organize the poster with concise sections such as introduction, methods, results, and conclusion, supported by readable figures or tables.
Use clear headings, balanced spacing, and high-contrast text so the poster remains legible during on-site presentation.

Download Poster FileAll submissions will be peer-reviewed by the Scientific Committee.
Selection criteria include originality, relevance, clarity, and scientific merit.
Acceptance notification is scheduled for 02 Nov 2026.
Accepted abstracts will be published in the official Book of Abstracts.
Abstracts must present original work that has not been published or presented elsewhere.
Authors are responsible for the accuracy of all content, citations, and claims.
Plagiarism or duplicate submission will lead to immediate rejection.
The Organizing Committee is working toward publication of selected peer-reviewed papers from the conference in a reputed international journal. Full details will be announced after the publication partner is confirmed.
